I did read about some people having this problem on the HardCore group. I don't recall what the solution was, though, but it is not uncommon. Customer Support seems very helpful, though.

i have been using the just ride as a recover form knee surgery, I have no idea what you are talking about, you might need to do a hard reboot or something.

I use it frequently for long rides. I did powerzone for a long time and can structure a PZ ride myself pretty easily so I will watch TV while I put in just ride. I do one 90 minute ride a week so this would bother me too OP! I have no idea what the solution is but I would contact Peloton support I did have a problem with not being able to see resistance on the screen and the issue was with the monitor connection not the wall. Have you tried unplugging the monitor itself, not the bike but just the cord that connects the bike to the monitor? For me that solved the problem.

It's been years since I've done "just ride". Why use that particular feature?

When I’m doing the “just ride” workout. I can’t see anything online about how I can fix this. I’ve tried unplugging, making sure there are no updates, etc.

Anyone else have this problem?
