We were just here yesterday as a family. We were the first group there for the day and they were completely unprepared for laser tag. Had to weight about 15 mins while they set up. Once in the game, the dimmed lights didn’t come on and no one checked. So it was way too dark to safely play. We had to let someone know. The arcade area is compact. Not a large variety of games, but definitely some fun ones. The photo broke down but we were given a refund. The manager was in no hurry to do much of anything. So pack your patience. No one was rude and they were apologetic about the delays.
We’ve had 4 laser tags parties. Kids have fun every time and it’s easy to manage. That goes a long way. Just try to find a good place to go to. I had one host who did magic tricks and told jokes while managing the party.
