My son’s resource class is teaching the PEERS curriculum which I am happy about, but it is for the Bridge program so geared for ASD students. I am not sure if there’s an autism program at Silver Creek that offers a program that might work for her. I am also not sure if kids outside of self-contained programs are allowed into the resource classes, but it might be worth asking.

Sounds like she might be better in the asperger's program with social skills classes.

My child has ASD. She has no academic goals, but she has significant needs in social skills and cognitive flexibility. Has anyone had a good experience at Silver Creek? My daughter is currently at a magnet, but the resource classes all support remedial math and/or reading. She basically just uses it as a study hall.
