Because Boomers/older Gen X already have furniture, and Millennials/Gen Z can’t afford 5,000 SF houses in which to put your big ass furniture.

They will take it of free but you won’t recoup your investment. Buyers will have to rent a truck to move it as well, in most cases, so that costs them money. It’s an out of date style so people aren’t lining up to pay $$$ for it.

People do still want solid wood sets. It modern styles that are brand new. Neither of which apply to you. And certainly not for someone looking to recoup some of the original purchase price.
