2 walks a day. 30 minutes each. Do you realize how much time you waste on tv or your phone? So easy to get out there. I feel like a million bucks when I power walk and listen to podcasts.

I feel so much better when I’m eating right and for me, that means things that you have mentioned + Metamucil every day + multivitamin + fermented foods/probiotic.

I've been having a whole avocado a day this past week and I feel awesome - very filling, no carb cravings, good energy

Thank you! Going on one right now!

I don’t expect to lose or to look different, obviously, but I would like to feel on track/healthier one week from today. Here’s what I know:

1) No alcohol
2) Very limited sweets
3) Lots of water
4) Exercise
5) Low carb, but not no carb
6) Increase vegetables and lean protein

What else? What are your top tips?
