Not loving this season. And for some reason the dialogue and the video became unhitched during Epi 2.

Ugh I hate HBO! It’s like they have some unwritten rule that you have to agree to be filmed topless and/or do a sex scene if you’re a woman actor making your big-platform debut on HBO (even if you’re playing a teenager), and even their big mainstream hits all have SO much gratuitously r*pey content. Just….PASS! I have too little free time to fill it with this garbage, and even if they’ve succeeded in normalizing this type of “art” in our culture, I don’t have to let it into my house.

New season started last night. Very dark episode.

You know the graphic sex is too much when your 22 and 21 year old kids say it’s too much, just show the show. I think the sec was more sexy back when there wasn’t porn at your fingertips.

The lesbian sex scene last week was SO HOT. Marisa Abela is just so gorgeous, especially in that lingerie in Season 1 🥵

Figures Lena Dunham is involved. They really don’t need THAT much graphic sex. It’s become absurd. Finished both seasons.

Total guilty pleasure. 88% on Rotten Tomatoes, last I checked. The way the characters behave is ALWAYS a surprise.

I started a thread about this show in the money forum and got no bites. I watched all of season 1 and 2 episodes of season 2. I do not miss it. All they do is have sex and do drugs. The acting is terrible. I can’t figure out some of the relationships between the characters. It’s not a great show, it had potential to be better. I do like seeing Miles from Lost play her boss.

It’s a popular show. There is just too much content out there to keep track of it all.

My DH just mentioned this to me earlier this week. Jokingly he told me NOT to casually sit down To watch thinking it was a good business show. and to not judge him when I saw it in his profile. He said he forgot how explicit HBO used to be compared to other networks. He is a finance guy and says he likes that aspect. I’m a prude and have no interest in it. Lol

We can soon feed everything to you. It got a ton of promo when it debuted. Season 2 hasn’t been nearly as good. (Did see something I never have before in a mainstream r-rated sex scene 🤮)

Why did I miss this before? I'm four episodes in and love this. Why did HBO give this no build up or promo?
