The cost of labor and materials have skyrocketed.

It's the work. The others are more updated and show better. Could be timing or that the seller just accepted a lower offer, or sold it to family.

I get that it needs work but other houses in that same neighborhood have gone for so much more. Is there something specifically wrong with this one that I am not seeing from the photos?
