+1. Don't answer anyones questions about this other than your own insurance. Don't even say that you were not at fault. Just say that you have nothing to say now that it's in the insurance company's hands.

me too. It went to arbitration between the two insurance companies and the other guy was found to have not been in control of his vehicle. But I don't think that necessarily stops him from trying to file a lawsuit.

Your insurance company and the attorney representing you both will take care of it. You may be deposed at some point, a proceeding in which opposing counsel will ask you questions about what happened. You'll have your insurance company's counsel present to guide you and to prepare you beforehand.

Chances are very good that this is a so-called nuisance suit, where the other side has no expectation of actually going to trial, but is anticipating that your insurance company will settle for some sum of money just to make the suit go away and to avoid the risk, however small, of losing at trial.
