I tried them one day after purchase and they were quite hard. I then waited 6 days and WOW they are amazing!

Or popcorn, friend eggs, avocado toast...my kids LOVE the TJ chili lime seasoning.

Another PSA — While you’re at TJ’s, pick up some of their chile lime seasoning, and use it one a bowl of fresh nectarines & blackberries. At least for this app, I think it’s better than tajin.

Yup, some pears taste better as counter-ripen pears. In your case, the pears probably were off the trees about 1-2 weeks + 1 weeks on your counter.
