They answer. They usually have someone at the front desk but they have much less staff who are handling more thing. Email is harder to reach someone. Go ahead and apply as they are still trying to enroll families but it may be a few weeks or next semester depending on space. If it’s for medical or depending on the reason submit medical documentation
