Are you going to pay the nail salon for the lost profit when parents who don't have childcare can't come in to get the services?
Businesses are still struggling to survive and stay in business after the pandemic that they need all the business they can get. So, no, unless you plan to pay the business to turn away customers, you just have to learn to deal.
