I have an Oura ring. I am female and have average hands and I don’t really notice it anymore. I love it and find that it tracks my runs and workouts very well (I also wear a garmin when working out.

There are many good reviews about the Oura ring. One downside I read was that it is also clunky for some women.
I have small hands and a thick band wouldn’t feel right.

I researched alternatives and Movano has a ring supposedly coming out soon:

They also have a partnership with Stanford, which for me is one stamp of approval.

Are there other options? I do not want an Apple Watch. Thanks!

Are you a shill for Movano? No where does Stanford recommend the product. It appears that they're doing research with Stanford, but that is in no way an endorsement and it's incredibly misleading how you suggest to the contrary.

OP didn’t say Stanford recommends it, they said the company’s partnership with Stanford was a stamp of approval in their opinion.

I have an Oura after going through many fit bits and the whoop. Never tried an apple ring though. I have small hands and while it’s a bit larger than I expected it’s by far my most favorite bc it passes much better than any of the others.

OP here. No and no. Intention was not that.
Additional comments welcome.

I have an Oura. It’s not clunky for me, and I have skinny fingers, wear it on my index finger. But I wouldn’t get it in place of something like an Apple Watch, it’s good for sleep tracking but not too good for fitness tracking. I got it to get better insight on my insomnia, which it has been helpful with.
