We moved away from DC years ago and I am really missing maxs kosher! We would always get the falafel pita and have them load it up with all those delicious toppings and sauces. Does anyone know what those things are - the sauces in particular? I know I’ll never recreate the magic but I make falafel often at home and it’s always missing the flavor dimension the spicy sauces gave it at maxs!

Thanks
