A friend of mine had the same experience as PP above. They are a company that is all over and I am sure it varies a lot.

Used them recently. The caregivers were generally good but there were a lot of last minute cancellations and they weren’t always able to send a back up caregiver, which could be quite disruptive.

Didn’t use this exact company, but I know the business model well.
We hired an independent nurse (a CNA) to provide respite care of sorts for my late father when he was in a skilled nursing unit. This CNA was an extra set of hands and would be there when my mom could not. She’d help my dad with feeding, toileting and literally hold his hand.

We use them for my mom who is in assisted living. I forget how much it costs but is not cheap and they charge for transportation time. The person we used has not really clicked with my mom, but she is fine and at least she gets my mom outside/walking more often.

We used them a few years ago. They did what was expected for my mom and I liked that we could use them for just a few hours a day. But I don't remember other details like price.

Has anyone used them? If so can you share your experience (what type of care did they give, what were they like, were they reliable, caring, what did it cost, was it always the same person, do you have a choice in who they send, etc.?)
