Most of my people looked the same IRL but we mostly do camera on meetings and we're super casual (tech company). I can imagine it would be different if you were in another industry.
NP- I agree with the 1st person. Even though I see people with their videos on, they were using the blur/photoshop effect on Teams. People looked so different in real life.
I will say that I get a lot of comments that I look different in real life, but it's that I look like sh!t on video, plus I think it makes me look heavier.
