For some things maybe, but with Amazon there are no substitutions . . . it's in stock and reserved for you or it doesn't show up on your search. I like that assurance. With grocery pick-up you're depending on the employee to pick meat and produce for you, determine which substitution you'd be pleased with . . . it's expecting a lot for someone with that job to ace those things all the time. I just got back from my Kroger pick-up with multiple items just not replaced/delivered. Luckily they weren't must-haves but it's annoying.
