My view is pox on both their houses. Miyares is just taking pot shots to play to his base (rather than any real desire to help ACPS) but Alexandria (city council / ACPS) has no real desire to address the deficiencies in ACPS’s educational program. The losers in all this are the ACPS students who have no other choice then attend ACPS.
