I do not really care about Russians who have family in the us or Europe and want to visit. If we ban them or jack up the price to 10-20k it is ok with me

Of course you don’t, people usually care about something that has to do with them directly
If you’ve never been in a situation when your loved one is in a country that is doomed and you can’t get them out of there, you probably won’t understand what it’s like

It seems unfair for such Russians to be denied entry to countries where their kids and grandkids live.
