Yes. I like a man who is measured and doesn't have a temper. I am an emotional person, for better and worse. I usually liven them up and they ground me.

You’ll probably laugh, but….Perfect for me is Captain America from MCU. Impeccable character and integrity, fully devoted to Peggy (traveled across time to be with her….meanwhile the men I date won’t travel 30 minutes to see me), amazing body, was never a man child or immature, empathetic, leadership.

Character is most important. I’ve found most men lie, cheat, steal, and manipulate because they only think about what they want. It’s just a matter of if you find out.

I don't think the ideal man exists even in theory or fantasy. Lots of different types of men could be the ideal man. And then lots of different types of men could be the ideal man for one partner but bad for a different partner.

I think here are a few nonnegotiables: emotionally available, willing to sometimes put others' needs first, good listener, authentic, funny, attractive (though that is to a point objective), decently fit (defined muscles are absolutely not a requirement) , and not super short.

Someone who is nice and thoughtful. My DH fits this to a T. We met in college and he was nerdy and intellectual. Handsome enough and I was always attracted to the tweedy professor type, so he worked for me. He is middle aged now and going bald and a little chubby, but he is still nerdy and intellectual and professionally accomplished (and a bonus, he became pretty rich with my help).

I will definitely tell my sons to prioritize someone who is nice and interesting and thinks they are nice and interesting. Those things don’t fade or change over the years.

Character and values should always be the most important considerations, unless you like the idea of divorce.
