I swam early mornings occasionally last year. Weekdays are set up short course, so 20+. At least 6 for public lap swim and often more. Swim team usually takes ~ 6-10 lanes from 5-7 am.

Not sure about later evenings, but there is a Master's team that gets a few lanes 8-9 pm several days a week. I don't think the age group team practices that late.

I did ask the front desk and they claim they reserve some public lanes, but was wondering if anyone had personal experiences to share.

I guess I'll find out for real once the season starts. Thanks!

I discovered this summer that I like to swim early mornings (5-6am) at Long Bridge.

Can anyone share what public lane availability looks like during the swim team season? In the mornings, is it possible to get a lane or do the teams take up everything? And is there any time in the evening that might have lanes (after 8pm)?

I'd like to know before splurging on a yearly pass. Thanks!
