It's okay because most people's jobs don't actually require them to wear flattering clothes or style their hair a certain way. Unless your looks are integral to your job, it's likely that it's not affecting their work performance. Unless they smell or their clothes are straight-up inappropriate, it's not affecting anyone else, so who cares?

It’s so dependent on role, industry, whether they’re client-facing etc. I personally am not affected by the appearance of other people though. Unless it impacts your productivity, why do you care?
