I think it has transitioned to a solid girls name just like Lauren and Kelly. I would not name a boy Rory.

It's cute and yes, a boy's name -- but agree with the PP on pronunciation. It's the "Rural Juror" of names. And I say that as someone who had a childhood lisp and named my kid an "S" name.

Yes, more traditionally a boy's name. Can be either.
