I don’t know if this is a protein muffin but I make the cooks illustrated basic muffin recipe but replace 1/3 of the flour with almond flour and 1/3 with whole wheat flour. The recipe calls for yogurt so I use Greek yogurt. I guess it would also increase protein to replace the 3 whole eggs with 5-6 egg whites and add chopped pecans (or even chopped pecans with chopped bacon).

Another high protein similar treat is the peanut butter chocolate chip energy balls from how sweet eats.

Looking for a protein muffin recipe for breakfast so that I can make a batch and freeze... any suggestions? I have a sweet tooth
