I admit I'm lost. I got an email from the principal stating that schedules were live in Synergy. I have the parentvue app. If I click on class schedule, I'm told that class schedule data is not available.

Is synergy = parentvue? Is there another place I'm supposed to log into? Is synergy = some sort of app that only the kids have access to?

Parent of a 3rd grader. Sometime this afternoon I got a ParentVue message (which also goes to my personal email) directly from my child's teacher introducing herself and giving information for the Open House on Friday.

Are any ES school parents seeing assignments?

I don’t see it but a friend said she was able to, same school and same grade. Tried my kids account too but no luck.

When people see it, is it under the courses tab or grades or someplace else?

The official answer is 8/26. Anything before that is great but not promised. If you don’t see if Thursday then call the school.

And if they are departmentalized they will list the teachers for each subject. For example, we had a different teacher for compacted math than for homeroom.

Yes - if you click around and it’s up you should see it - right now it says no info available or something like that. It will change when the teacher info is up. And we could see all the teachers, but just homeroom.

Our school formally tells people the Thursday before school starts, but it loaded on ParentVue a few days early last year. The principal was annoyed because schedules were still in flux, so that must have been automated by MCPS. I wonder if MCPS decided not to post schedules so early this year.

We were told Thursday, so I guess it varies by school?

We were told the homeroom teacher info will be available on parentVue today (22nd). Anyone know when that would be updated? So far we don’t see anything..
