Order Harris Teeter Express Lane the night before online. Pick up in the morning.

If you live in an area with Amazon Fresh, that’s definitely the best option. They have most of the WF 365 products and good quality other things. I also do WF pick up, which is free.

Instacart is workable for Wegmans and Costco if you pay their yearly fee, which really cuts down on your costs per order.

It's not the delivery fee - it's the mark-up on the groceries themselves!

Has anyone tried Mercato? It looks intriguing, but I think I might need more of a basics/one-stop-shop type of situation.

They are leaving DC and Philadelphia.

I use Fresh Direct, and I like it, though I feel like quality has declined recently. Still, their customer service is very good, and they do have good quality meat and fish.

I'm a prime subscriber and just did grocery delivery this weekend because we were returning from vacation and didn't have time to get out to a store.

Amazon added a $10 delivery fee for Whole Foods
Amazon Fresh was free 2 hour delivery and included some Whole Foods options (365 brand), ended up being the better option

The prices at giant are climbing fast- so delivery likely reflects that ( my point is you likely cannot avoid it).

Wegmans does Instacart but it will cost you.

I’ve been getting my groceries delivered from Giant, but keep seeing prices go up and quality go down. I’m looking for alternatives so would love some suggestions. I’m in DC. TIA!
