Make them sleep in a sleep sack, problem solved.

Both. Use the pack and play as a bassinet and a place to nap on the main floor and for travel. But it’s too small and flimsy once they are bigger.

The mesh sides ARE better when they are little, especially when they start rolling and when you have to stop swaddling. Mesh crib bumpers also helped us.

It’s nice to have both of course, but I’d pick a crib over pack and play. Kids grew out of pack and play so quickly but used standard crib for a long time.

Skip the crib - just use a play yard.

So happy we skipped the crib.

They can't stick their legs between the bars of a play yard. I kind of which we skipped the crib altogether.

My kid grew out of the pack and play by 1 1/2 (and she’s a small kid). It’s an addition, not a substitute.

The playards are substantially smaller than a traditional crib. We used a pack and play until the baby was ready to move to his own room, then switched to a crib. Nice to have both.

I really like the ease of the 4 moms and Nuna sena Aire but DH wants a traditional crib. Any suggestions/ Pros and Cons
