On weekends eat a low carb breakfast like scrambled eggs or an omelet. If you go out to brunch then everyone orders their own thing.
For lunches or dinner I always make something with a choice of bases. One base is always greens / salad and the rest will be rice, a wrap, tortilla, pasta or rice. Sometimes I put out three choices. Everyone takes a different combination of bases but very one eats the protein and veggies.
