Every circle has them pretty much, Dupont, Thomas Circle has tons, and areas around DT. The entire city except some deeply residential parts.

Huh, that's weird. I thought the collective liberal DCUM hivemind determined that sweeping homeless encampments would solve the issues. Sounds like it was just an exercise in cruelty.

I have never seen any children. It is majority men, on lots of drugs.

Shaw / Mount Vernon triangle. Right by the apple store there, there is a tent city and open air drug market. It’s almost as if the folks who run this city just do not care.
