Greater Foggy Bottom around the entry to the Whtiehurst Freeway and then at the circle by GW Hospital. Georgetown, under the Whitehurst Freeway going into Rock Creek Park too.

Still many tents under the under passes off First Street. They have been there for a decade plus though...nothing new. They cleared some under passes in recent years but that just shifted things around.
