Our ES principal responded about this issue saying they are working on setting up the pins. I don't think it's working fully yet.

That’s worrisome because they emailed pins. Why do that if they weren’t ready to activate. My kids don’t even eat school lunch, but all fees have to be paid through the system. They’ll have four AP tests between them and last year, the fees were due in the first month.

I was able to register and add my kid with the pin they emailed. This new site (School Cash Online) is for paying for AP exams, field trips, activity fees, etc. It is *not* for school lunches. School lunches still use the same MySchoolBucks site.

EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

How hard is it to troubleshoot and then send out?

I am beyond unimpressed.

Is this a 3rd party site that is collecting data?

I was able to stay up an account after a couple of initial glitches. But now it won’t let me add kids. I think I’ll wait a couple of days until they straighten things out.

Worked me perfectly for me too. Guessing it's user error.

It didn't work for me either, but there's currently a message on the website saying they're working on the issue.

Is there a fee to us if we use this payment system?

It didn’t work for us, but we were in an IPad and sometimes payment/registration type websites don’t work well.
