Oh my goodness. My ibs flared up just reading about all those berries. Seems excessive!

Seems like a fun way to spend your 20s as a consultant.

+1 I actually enjoyed it. She’s a good writer and I was interested and amused by the young, rich person DC week in the life. But I like most Grub Street Diet entries too. I’m wondering if squash helped her get into that “school in Boston” she attended.

It seems excessive even for a 225k salary in your twenties, unless she has rich parents. My nephews started working at FAANG right out of college but they don’t spend like this.

Oh my god, if she says farmers market one more time… Seriously, the thought of eating like that day after day truly grosses me out.

I was wondering if that was even healthy.

I read through Wednesday. Had to stop. Then went back for the rest.

I’m glad this person has a hobby. And I assume it was amped up the week they did this article.

But it was an over the top life.

Not presuming she will have kids. But, what then??

Ha, no interest. This is why the rest of us can't have nice things.

Apparently Bon Appetit thinks this is engaging content.

The food diary of a 27 year old consultant making $225K in DC.
I had to stop reading when I learned that her parents are feeding their dog avocado toast and she’s spending over $1000 in food IN ONE WEEK. No, this is not from The Onion.
