I feel like you don't have to think about scheduled sex as "scheduled" like a chore. But more of an anticipatory event. So like a PP said, take the time to tease and flirt throughout the day/couple of hours to anticipate what is going to happen. And, yeah, it might be scheduled, but if you change your outlook on what that MEANS, it can change your feelings about it.

If you think about it, when you are dating you scheduled/anticipated sex all the time - you shaved and got ready, went out, had a good time, came home and had sex. You excpected it all night, which made it better.

So many things in life are scheduled but they are still great! Vactations! TV (are there still scheduled TV times?), A night out. Christmas (think about that anticipation you had as a kid!!). Dinner.

And lets be honest, sometimes the spontaneous things we do are actually thought out beforehand. Been thinking about going to that museum exhibit a bit ... finally just jumped and did it. So it was spontaneous, but I'd actually pre-envisioned it. Or if somebody plans a surprise for you. Spontaneous for you, very planned by them.

I think you should consider trying to reimagine what scheduling means to make it more of a treat, something to anticipate, and see if that helps you at all.
