I took a quick look at the last few hiring announcements and I can't figure out what OP is referring to. There were a couple from Fairfax, a couple from Alexandria, a couple from Baltimore and then a handful from a bunch of other school systems.

I don’t normally read the School Board leadership announcements, but someone encouraged me to do so. Is it usual to have so many hires from two school districts? Seems odd, but I’m not a K-12 person. Where I work it be considered an uncanny coincidence or cronyism.
