Most of those benefits are crap.

The 8 percent match great and stock options great the rest is garbage. The only benefits I care about are cash and medical

Agree. The bolded is garbage.

Do you still save for college just I'm case you change jobs, benefits change, or you are laid off (or for grad school) or do you assume you'll be able to use this benefit?

I took the job close though to high school graduation so that I could use the benefit. So I have a little less than two years to go. Most of my colleagues have used the program for all kids (about half go to the college where we work and the rest go to one of the other schools).

Spouse’s employer covers 100% of the health insurance for the entire family and it’s a good plan too.

New America has 4 weeks PTO year 1, then I think 7 weeks year 2, PLUS the week between Xmas and New Year closed. I thought that was pretty sweet.

For my fellow job seekers, what’s the best benefits package you’ve come across?

For me, I saw there was a First time homebuyer percentage off and a day off for closing at Freddie Mac

Share others you’ve seen and at which company/organization/venue, etc…
