Put it in a blender, add some flavor (lime juice or some sugar, or berries, whatever). Blend, freeze into popsicles.

Make a salad with said watermelon, feta, cucumber, and mint, oil & vinegar. Make sure to salt it to bring out the juices.

I picked up a terrible watermelon: tasteless, not that juicy. My family were good sports and ate half of it. I don't want to just throw out the other half. Any good ideas for the rest? A watermelon cooler maybe? Any ideas much appreciated!
