I’ve roasted chicken on the roast setting and that’s ok. But when we upgraded to the air fry and tried to air fry fries, for example, it was a mess. Maybe normal air frying food (like salmon, not French fries) would be fine. This breville is by far the most used appliance in our kitchen.
And you are not concerned with the non stick interior? Also, how do you clean it after air frying fries? I literally bought it primarily for fries!
