I get the California brand, but the price has really gone up and most of their products are now blends. I look for the 100% California one. Any olive oil is fine, but this is just the one I like to use.

I would have at this question. Then I had olive oil in Greece. Out of this world good. I brought back about a 6 months supply.

I buy the big metal rectangular jugs online from Dellalo. I'm happy with the price/quality.

Generally Monini and De Cecco (the same as the pasta) are good Italian oils as are the Whole Foods 365 Italian extra virgin oils, especially unfiltered. Italian here so I'm biased...

I think you need different olive oils depending on what you want to do with it (cook or drizzle on salads) and whether you like it more peppery/spicy or not. Hard to recommend just one brand.

I love Georgetown Olive Oil. The basil infused and truffle infused are two of my favorites.
