Depends on the day. The key is to vary things. Some days my goal is distance and i run at a slow, steady pace to achieve it. Some days my goal is pace- i might do mile repeats at a goal pace for 3 or 4 miles with a few min break inbetween miles. Some days is more specific like "I'm going to warm up for 10min jogging, then run the big hill in our neighborhood 10 times, then jog 5min to cool down"
