So excited! The past year has not been good for my weight... slowly crept up from the edge of normal/overweight to solidly obese--the most I've ever weighed.
The past couple months I've been back on My Fitness Pal, tracking food and exercise, and keeping to my goals.
Finally down to "overweight" today, and I feel so much better already!
30 more pounds to go until I hit the high end of "normal," but I'm counting today as a victory!!
