$840 per month just for HOA? That’s more than my mortgage.

You’re not going to get a larger townhouse with those finishes in that location at a lower price.

OK whatever -- enjoy your $900/sq ft condo with $840/month fees.

You must be joking: there are plenty in DC just across K bridge: Georgetown, Glover, mt Pleasant, Logan, AMo and Dupont. At this price range all of them would even have a basement income unit!

but then you would have to live in DC

And what's wrong about it? These are wonderful areas, better than this specific Arlington location. And they hold value better

LOL that Redfin now has climate risk scores telling you how likely various disasters are in 2050. The cult is real on the Left! Had Redfin existed in the 1970s, they would have warned about which areas were most subject to global COOLING (really, look it up).

If I was going to spend that much on a condo in 22209 I would buy one with a view.

The finishes are not attractive to me. Should have staged it better--especially with respect to the rug which looks cheap.

While nice, if I was shopping for a unit in this price range, I would like to view other oferings.

This. Don't like the main dining area upstairs from the kitchen, but you could always use it for some other purpose.

It's nice, but totally NMS.
