I'm a researcher at an employee benefits company. I am largely overhead though; I don't do much client billing. I am part time, but my FTE base salary is maybe about 125K, with a bonus in the spring. I do too much "group" work right now, but still am a largely solo worker and set my own schedule. I have been WFH from prior to March 2020.

We have public policy and legislative staff to keep up with legal & legislative changes, which are numerous right now.

I know you have an MPA -- would a "legislative research job" be interesting?

Police patrol officer. You're alone in your vehicle most of the time, and when you interact with people it's usually a relatively brief exchange. You're not going to easily make over $100K in most departments, though, unless you move into supervisory roles which will necessarily involve more human interactions.

I supervise people with jobs like that. They make $60-80k.

Work for a federal contractor in their contacts, purchasing or finance department.

Contract or Subcontract Closeout
Invoicing
Purchase Order processing
Audit readiness / quality control reporting

None of these jobs will be in your target salary range. If you want to make over $100k, you will be leading a team.

Fiction writer. Carpenter. Artist. Typesetter. Animator. Seamstress. Mechanic There are lots of options here. Key thing is that you probably would need to work for someone, rather than own your own business, since the latter tends to involve lots of meeting with customers and such.
