I believe the Oakland Raiders are moving to Las Vegas, at least I thought I read that a week or so ago. Oakland is lost beyond whatever once that happens. Several of the fancy families at my DCs school moved to Miami, they all have 10-20 million dollar houses sitting in town unsold. At least one family did it for tax purposes but mostly bc Sf is a dump and we have really restrictive Covid rules for far longer the rest of America. Armed felons carjacking right across from school, poop and broken car glass everywhere. Violent mentally ill people shooting up in park bathrooms and then zombie walking all over the playground. Packages stolen off doorstep within seconds.

Not sure what this is about, but indeed Miami is much safer than the Bay Area.
