But otherwise I do regular milk in my tea and I use it all the time when I cook. I also use whole milk and heavy cream ALL THE TIME when cooking and baking. I do try to buy from local, small dairies because factory farming is terrible. But that's a political stance, not a dietary one (also most non-dairy milks have environmental issues as well).
Nut milk is terrible for the environment too, there is really no winning there
