Yes. Hard to tell if it did anything. Granted I don't have a lot of fat to begin with and not like I was taking it in a super controlled environment and no idea if I was taking an effective enough dosage. But you can get like a 3 month supply for $20-$25 bucks, there are no real negative side effects so worth giving it a try to see if it helps you out. There may also be other non-fat reduction related beneifits. The science on it seems to be mixed.

CLA could be promising. For example, I was reading this study, which showed that:

"The addition of a thermogenic, CLA, protein, and a multi-vitamin to a three-week low-calorie diet improved weight loss, total fat loss and subcutaneous fat loss, compared to diet alone."
