Boys 15-18 IM is already down to 27. And I recognize one name now 'IN' who is swimming Futures (and so will scratch...) I'm sure there are still scratches coming.

Less likely with younger age groups. May have a change of being an alternate but not likely to move from 23 to 18.

Not any of the serious swimmers that I know. Everyone has vacation planned after All-Stars (although a lot of the older kids have another meet later this week).
