No one who is a competent teacher or admin would think this is a good idea. You are going to end up with classes that are unbalanced in all the ways that matter. Some kids need to be with a cherished friend, others are like oil and water and need to be separate. Kids who need support or challenge need to be placed with the teacher best equip to provide it, and types of personalities (quiet vs outgoing, etc) need to be balanced, and there’s more. Huge disservice to all the kids (and the teachers who will have to manage unbalanced classes) to divide classes based on masking.
