It’s usually around 8 pm
They have the silly seeding meeting to go over all the cards that have already been checked 3x![]()
Then Div coordinators let team reps know. Most team reps send an email right away around 6 or 7.
League posts soon after.

There are also two alternates who go to the meet and swim more often than you might expect. Depending on the age group, there are scratches that move swimmers up. Not so much with the little ones (who don't want to miss their very first All Stars!), but with the teenagers for sure. So if the NVSL website updates and your swimmer is 21st, there's still a chance they might get to go to the meet and swim.
I worked at the scoring table at the meet last year. The 15-18 Boys Butterfly had EMPTY lanes. That event had multiple scratches and then some no shows on the day of the meet. One of the table workers kept calling team reps to find out if they had any swimmers available to swim. It was a shame to see empty lanes at that meet. I just looked and only 15 swimmers finished. I can't remember if it was 3 empty lanes - there may have been a DQ. But still - someone probably would have loved to have been able to swim.
That is really a shame. There are many kids who would be ecstatic to swim at All-Stars.

We are traveling for all stars so it doesn’t matter anyway. But this is our first time making divisionals.
