They're just white bread sandwiches with the crusts cut off and cut in quarters but I can't remember what all the layers were. Also there is like zero air between each layer -- not sure how they pull that off. Anyway, I can't make one. So freakin' good. Who else has these that are this good, so I don't have to drive into Georgetown? Or how do I make one at home?
TIA
Maybe they get the air out by pressing the sandwich down with a spatula?

Ivy City Smoke House is not out of Baltimore; they are located in the Ivy City neighborhood of DC. I've seen their smoked salmon in Whole Foods, but I've never seen their premade tea sandwiches.Anonymous wrote:OP I make this all the time.
Whole Foods sells it premade in the fresh seafood section I think the brand is Ivy Smoke House out of Baltimore. So yay local products.
You can add thinly sliced cucumbers I do so good.
