Call the office on Monday and they will look it up in Synergy. They can verify how the child was identified. Worth noting, if your child is Hispanic, you still would have marked a race (white, black, native, etc), but they are entered in the Hispanic demographic, even if they are multiple races.

Definitely change it, especially if your kid is Asian. Much better to have your kid labeled as ‘mixed race’ or ‘other’ versus being listed as Asian in MCPS (and going forward).

If you contact your child's counselor, I'm sure they can check on it.

I don't think the information is captured in a way that it's allocated to the individual student, I think it's general info for statistic purposes. But you might want to check with MCPS.

I am concerned that this may have happened so I am hoping to be able to find the info somewhere.

It does not appear to be included on the Student Info page in ParentVue.
I believe around the first week of school they send home a paper form where parents can make any changes to a student's information. Maybe it will be available there.

I have a multi racial child and I want to make sure they are listed as such within MCPS. Where can I see how I filled out that paper way back in Kindergarten? Is your demographic info in ParentVue somewhere?
