People in service should know better than to address their betters

Was she rude? WWYD?

Be quiet next time.

I'm surprised the teacher didn't say something. You're supposed to be present and engaged in the class.

She was not rude, you were. Save your talking for after class.

This!

Plus you should not be talking during class, you and your friend are being rude and disrespectful to the teacher and the other people in the class. Imagine you were trying to teach something and others were talking during your class.

I mean it is rude to chat during class. The teacher has an interest in not making you angry so I"m not surprised that she didn't say anything.

I would probably stop being disruptive so that others can enjoy the class too.

Doesn't matter that she's a nanny. Clearly she's more professional than you. I do not think you should talk during classes.

I don't think it was rude, as long as she asked politely. I am guessing she is trying to ensure that the class is a good experience for the child she is responsible for.

I’d stop talking and pay attention to the short class!! In our class we sit in a circle so my kid can’t see me. I do the hand movements and participate for the kid across from me and hope that mother is doing the same for my kid to see and imitate.

It’s a short class! Shut up!!

If she spoke politely and she said please, then she wasn't rude.

My friend and I take our toddlers to a Music Together class. We weren’t talking loudly and certainly were not talking during the whole class. When we were leaving this nanny came up to me and asked me to please not talk to my friend during class. The teacher never said anything so we clearly weren’t bothering her. I was kinda speechless when this nanny scolded me!
