Umm .. Loyola is in the City of Chicago. And I’m sorry, but I am a Milwaukee native, and your description of Milwaukee is a little off too.

Nope. It doesn’t actually. Much better use of lakefront in Milwaukee and a friendlier vibe.
Chicago doesn't have more to offer (museums, culinary scene, performing arts, etc.)?! Maybe if you mean bars per capita and liters of beer consumed per student. But think what you like.

The rankings difference at their level is meaningless. You're splitting hairs.

Saying "better school overall" without any supporting evidence is pretty worthless. I think both schools are quite similar and I wouldn't see any reason not to just choose the one you like the most. I know students who have loved each.
